How do I reset my USM email password?

You can reset your USM email password by going to Webmail and clicking on the 'Can't access your account?' link. If you do not see this link, you may need to enter your username, click the 'Next' button, then click on the 'Forgot my Password' link. Note: For this to work, you will need to have set up the self-service password reset. You should be prompted to set this up the first time you log in to your USM email. 


How do I reset my eSpire password?

If you are unable to log in, you can reset your eSpire password by clicking on the 'I forgot my password' link at the top right corner of eSpire - the new password should be sent to your USM email account. If you can log in to eSpire but would like to change your password, you can do so by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner, clicking on 'My Profile & Settings' , then going to the Password and Privacy page.


How do I log in to the wifi?

You can log in to the USMWifi network with your USM email credentials - you can omit the '' portion of the username. 

You can log in to the USM-Guest network with the password USM-Guest.


How can I log in to the printers on main campus?

You will log in to the printers with your employee ID number - make sure you select the 'ID Number' option rather than the 'Username and Password' option when you are at the printer.


How do I install Microsoft Office? 

Log in to your USM email account - on the welcome screen, under the search bar, you should see a dropdown that says 'Install Office Apps'. Click on the dropdown, then select 'Office 2016'. Office should automatically install and you should not need to do anything else. Note: You will only have access to Microsoft Office while you are employed at the University of Saint Mary. Once you leave, we cut off access to this software. 


How long will I have access to my University of Saint Mary email account? 

You will have access as long as you are employed at the University of Saint Mary. We will cut off access to your email on your last day of employment.


How long will I have access to my eSpire account?

We currently do not remove access to your eSpire account. 


How do I set up my eSpire course? 

There is training available through Jenzabar to help you learn how to navigate and set up your course. You can click here to request a MyJenzabar account.
