How do I reset my USM email password?
You can reset your USM email password by going to Webmail and clicking on the 'Can't access your account?' link. If you do not see this link, you may need to enter your username, click the 'Next' button, then click on the 'Forgot my Password' link. Note: For this to work, you will need to have set up the self-service password reset. You should be prompted to set this up the first time you log in to your USM email.
How do I reset my eSpire password?
If you are unable to log in, you can reset your eSpire password by clicking on the 'I forgot my password' link at the top right corner of eSpire - the new password should be sent to your USM email account. If you can log in to eSpire but would like to change your password, you can do so by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner, clicking on 'My Profile & Settings' , then going to the Password and Privacy page.
How do I log in to the wifi?
You can log in to the USMWifi network with your USM email credentials.
You can log in to the USM-Guest network with the password USM-Guest.
How do I print on main campus?
To print while on campus, you will need to log in to your PaperCut account. You can click here for a short tutorial on how to log in to and use PaperCut. PaperCut balances reset at the end of each semester - please keep this in mind when adding funds to your account.
How can I log in to the printers on main campus?
You will log in to the printers with your FirstName.LastName and your USM email password. Some printers will require you to log in before your print jobs are released.
How do I install Microsoft Office?
Log in to your USM email account - on the welcome screen, under the search bar, you should see a dropdown that says 'Install Office Apps'. Click on the dropdown, then select 'Office 2016'. Office should automatically install and you should not need to do anything else. Note: You will only have access to Microsoft Office while you are attending the University of Saint Mary. Once you leave, we cut off access to this software.
How long will I have access to my USM email account?
You will have access as long as you are a student at the University of Saint Mary. Once you graduate from USM, we will remove email access 60 days after graduation. If you withdraw from USM, we will remove email access as soon as the withdraw is processed.
How long will I have access to my eSpire account?
We currently do not remove access to your eSpire account.
