    Description

    This course provides an assessment of the various theoretical and clinical perspectives of the study of psychopathology. Emphasis is placed on terminology, classification, etiology, assessment, and treatment of the major disorders, including neurodevelopmental, schizophrenias, somatoform, dissociative, anxiety, mood, substance-related disorders, sexual disorders, and cognitive disorders, and personality disorders.
    Prerequisites: PY 150 and three additional hours of psychology.
