    Description

    This course emphasizes the establishment of capital structures for entrepreneurial organizations that support the achievement of sustainable profitability and returns to shareholders. The course also focuses on the theories and decision-support financial tools today's entrepreneurs need to start, build and eventually harvest a successful venture. The ethical conduct of organizational leaders and the impacts of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) issues on financial operations, decision, and reporting are also studied.
    Prerequisite: MGT 712
