    Description

    This course is designed to introduce students to college level writing and to prepare them for successful completion of EN 112 English Composition II. Principles of Composition focuses on principles of grammar, usage, sentence structure, and concepts of paragraph and essay writing in an academic environment.
    Prerequisite: Next Generation Accuplacer Writing score of 235-249 OR ACT English sub-score of 17
    Offered: Fall semester and as needed in spring semester
    (Three credit hours)
