Description

Candidates complete 30 hours of supervised teaching of mathematics in an elementary classroom. Candidates work closely with an assigned K-6 classroom teacher to design and teach developmentally appropriate lessons that integrate mathematics content, research-based instructional strategies, and technology. Candidates establish a positive learning environment and provide instruction to meet individual needs of students.
Prerequisite: Acceptance into TEP
Co-requisite: ED 468
